I came across a similar thing with T2 ships when trying to increase my standing with another faction. Trying to take my jaguar into a mission a couple of jumps away and being told the mission is for frigates only... very irritating

I like the idea of race scripts for a multispec ecm, but the scripted multi should be weaker than a race specific, if you risk "wasting" a slot for a race specifc ecm it should be better suited than an on the fly change to the multi

A bigger can, should just require a new item in the db, all the functionality is present in smaller cans already, the icons are already in the DB, the models in space are the same, so just needs a new db id? OR such is my understanding

I should probably qualify what I am proposing better. I do not want to remove the risk of jetcanning, I want to add some risk the other way, because most people who get effectively griefed by can flipping are newbies, there is not really any risk ...

I have no problem with being able to be scanned down, just that the person hunting me doesn't need to use gates, when a fleet member wapring to a coordinate does need it. I would be happy with either ship scanners being warped to the gate, or flee...

Spare militants/militia/tourists/..? As long as you can't just go to todaki and reprocess tourists, but if you are in EC-P8R, then.... And they probably shouldn't give as much return as player corpses
